NOTE ABOUT STRINGS: Modern day harps, Pedal Harps as well as non-pedal harps, use standardized gauges and lengths for their strings. They are based on the products of the major harp manufacturers of both types in the USA and other well known modern day major harp producing countries. 

Unconventional harps that are hand made to no standardized specs or from countries that do not make harps from the standard materials and specs often cannot accommodate the strings sold here or by other string suppliers.  Using strings not meant to be used on your harp can create problems.  We highly suggest consulting the manufacturer of your instrument to verify what the correct string types, lengths and gauges you should use prior to ordering and replacing.

VENUS is not responsible for supplying any type of free parts, repair, labor or strings for such harps. We have NO written agreement with any Harp Dealer or individual that buys and sells used VENUS harps to supply the aforementioned. Any Dealer or individual selling you a used VENUS in ' AS is' that advises you to contact us for parts, repairs or strings at our expense (aka free of charge) is doing so without our knowedge or permission. We will not honor any agreement they have suggested exists, unless there is a written document which is dated and signed between that Dealer or individual and Walt Krasicki Jr., President of VENUS Harps. If such a written agreement exists there will be a copy on file at the VENUS Harps Business Office for reference and a limited time frame for such service would be specifically noted on any such document.
